i. According to these General Terms and Conditions, we define the relationship between our company, Kamko EOOD, with registered office at "Tsarigradsko Shose" No. 112, Plovdiv, Bulgaria, Company Identification Number: 825276249, in its capacity as seller and operator of the e-shop at www.camco.bg, and you, our client, who concludes a purchase contract with us.
ii.We apply a uniform approach to our customers and provide them with the same benefits regardless of whether they are consumers or not. Therefore, the rules set out in these General Terms and Conditions are applicable to all our customers.
iii.These General Terms and Conditions primarily cover the purchase of goods in our online store. They apply to the purchase of goods over the Internet, on our customer phone line or in one of our physical stores.
2.Conclusion of a purchase contract
i. You can conclude a purchase contract with us remotely through the e-shop and on our customer phone line.
ii. In the case of a purchase contract concluded remotely, the order placed by submitting the order on the website or via the customer hotline constitutes a draft purchase contract. The order is valid for a period of 7 days and we will confirm its receipt by e-mail. The purchase contract is then concluded upon acceptance of the draft in the form of delivery of the ordered goods. We will inform you of the dispatch of the goods by e-mail. iii. We only deliver goods in quantities that are customary for household consumption. In certain cases (especially in the case of discounts or sales), we are entitled to determine the maximum quantity that we can deliver.

i. According to the law, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online or over the phone, without giving a reason, within 14 days of delivery of the goods.
ii.If you wish to exercise this right, you must inform us in advance of your decision to withdraw from the contract within the period specified above. The best way to do this is to contact us at shop@camco.bg or another unambiguous way.
iii. If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse the purchase price of the goods. In the event of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the goods, you are also entitled to a refund of the delivery costs in an amount corresponding to the least expensive delivery method offered. The above funds will be refunded immediately, no later than 15 days from the date of withdrawal. However, in accordance with the law, we may wait with the payment until you return the goods. For the refund, we will use a bank transfer, for the purposes of which please fill in the return form here .
iv. Without delay, and not later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract, you must send the goods to euShipments, "Lipnik" № 106, Ruse, Bulgaria. If in connection with the conclusion of the contract the seller sends the customer additional goods ("gift"), this gift must also be returned. In this case, you bear the costs associated with the return of the goods.
v. Please note that you are legally liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from their use other than what is necessary to familiarise yourself with their nature, properties and functionality (e.g. if you use a perfume even after you have already tried it). Please also note that you do not have the right to withdraw from the contract if the goods have been removed from their packaging and cannot be put back into the packaging for hygiene reasons (e.g. opened cosmetics and other goods that come into direct contact with your skin).
4. Complaints
i. If upon delivery it is found that the goods are defective, we can agree on compensation in the form of a voucher. You will also have the right to demand the removal of the defect in the form of a new delivery. If the removal of the defect is impossible or unreasonable for us, you will have the right to request a discount on the purchase price, and if the defect is substantial, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. You also have these rights in the event that such a defect appears later.
ii.We will be liable for defects in the goods if they become apparent within two years of their delivery or before the expiry date stated on the packaging.
iii. In particular, goods are considered defective when they do not have the usual or presented properties, do not fulfill their intended purpose, do not comply with legal requirements or are not delivered in the agreed quantity. Please note that an increased sensitivity or allergic reaction to the delivered goods cannot in itself be considered a defect of the goods . Similarly, defects in gifts and other free extras that we provide in addition to your order are not considered a defect. The product photos in our online shop are only illustrative and do not constitute a binding description of the properties of the products (e.g. the packaging may differ due to a change made by the manufacturer).
iv. We will be happy to answer all questions related to complaints at claims@camco.bg or by phone (+359) 87 877 7406. Please send us the goods subject to the complaint to the address euShipments, "Lipnik" № 106, Ruse, Bulgaria, together with a completed return form, which you can find here . Please do not forget to indicate what the defect you have identified or how it manifests itself, as well as your requirement regarding the way in which your complaint should be resolved.
v. We will inform you about the progress of your complaint, in particular its receipt, approval or rejection, by e-mail or text messages. We may also contact you by phone.
vi. We will decide on the complaint promptly. The processing of the complaint, including the removal of the defect, will usually not exceed 30 days. Otherwise, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. You must provide us with the necessary assistance to meet the above deadline.
vii. In case of a justified complaint, we will bear the costs associated with returning the goods.
5. Payment and delivery method
i.You can choose the payment and delivery method from the options we offer. Before sending the order, we will inform you of the selected payment and delivery method, as well as the associated costs.

iv. We reserve the right to provide delivery of goods free of charge in selected cases.
6.Miscellaneous
i.We provide our customers with various discount vouchers, gifts, etc. Their use is governed by rules that we notify the customer of in each individual case. Unless otherwise stated, each discount or gift voucher can only be used once and only one voucher of the same type can be applied to one purchase. Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be combined. In the event that the value of the gift voucher is greater than the value of the entire purchase, the difference is not transferred to a new voucher and the unused amount is not refunded.
ii. In connection with your purchase, you may receive a third-party evaluation questionnaire. You can share with others your impression of the purchase and the goods. We would be very grateful if you would complete the questionnaire.
7.Sending samples
i.We offer the "Camco Try&Buy" service and the free sample service to selected customers. We reserve the right to offer you the opportunity to receive a free shipment containing a sample of fragrances and other cosmetic products, according to the current offer of the online store, in order to try out the products offered in the online store.
ii. The selection of samples is limited by our availability and the current offer of the e-shop regarding the "Camco Try&Buy" service.
iii. The "Try&Buy" service and the free sample service are intended to inform the customer about the offer of the e-shop and their purpose is not to determine the quality or design according to the agreed sample. The "Try&Buy" service and the free sample service are free services of an advertising nature and do not constitute performance under a purchase contract. For this reason, the presence of a discrepancy in the sent sample does not give rights as in other cases of defect.
iv. We may contact you to let us know about your satisfaction with the selected product; by requesting a product, you consent to us contacting you.
v. We also offer the “Try it First” service, which you can use when purchasing selected products. When you select the “Try it first” option when purchasing selected products, we will send you a sample of the product along with the purchased product. You can first check the characteristics of the product using the sample, thus not having to open the product itself. If after trying the sample, you do not like the product, you can return it to us unpacked at our expense. This, of course, does not affect your right to terminate the contract.
8.General information
i. In accordance with the Sales Registration Act, the courier company is obliged to issue the Buyer a cash receipt when paying by cash on delivery or the Seller issues an electronic invoice when paying by bank or card. The Seller is also obliged to register the sale online with the tax authorities, and in case of technical failure this must be no later than 48 hours.
ii. The body for out-of-court proceedings in case of a dispute or the one that considers customer complaints is the Consumer Protection Commission of the Republic of Bulgaria – https://kzp.bg/. The dispute can be resolved online. The customer can file a complaint through the Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR) : http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
iii. The contract is concluded in Bulgaria and is governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
iv. All prices for products and services are provided in BGN with VAT applicable at the time of the order. In the event that the VAT rate changes before the conclusion of the purchase contract or before the shipment of the goods, the customer is obliged, taking into account the selected payment method, to pay the difference due to the purchase price, or the seller will immediately send an email to the customer requesting the customer to notify the seller how the seller can refund the overpayment of the purchase price.
v. By confirming the order, you agree to receive the invoice in electronic form. We will attach the electronic invoice to the email with which we will notify you of the shipment of the order. If you still wish to receive a paper invoice, please write to us so that we can send it together with your order.
vi. All prices of goods, including discounts, are valid until further notice or until the quantity is exhausted.
