Which categories of personal data do we process?

If you decide, you can also add additional information to your personal page ( My Account ) such as: mobile phone number, landline phone number, shipping address and email address;
When you place an order, you provide us with the following information: the product you want, your first and last name, email address, shipping address, billing information, payment method, phone number.

Identity. We take the confidentiality of all records containing personal data seriously. For this reason, we ask that you send us your requests regarding these records using the email address listed in your CAMCO.BG account. Otherwise, we reserve the right to verify your identity by requesting additional information to confirm it.

Fees. We will not charge a fee for exercising any rights in relation to your personal data, except where your request for access to information is unfounded, multiple or unnecessarily repetitive, in which case we will charge a reasonable fee. We will inform you of any applicable fees before we consider your request.

Response time. We aim to respond to all valid requests within one month, unless the request is particularly complex or if you have made multiple requests, in which case we will respond within a maximum of two months. We will let you know if we need more than one month. We may ask you to tell us exactly what you want to receive or what concerns you have. This will help us to act more quickly and reduce the time it takes to respond to your request.

Rights of third parties. We will not be required to respond to a request if it adversely affects the rights and freedoms of other data subjects.

You can ask us:

Repair

You can ask us to correct or supplement your inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

We may attempt to verify the inaccuracy of the data before correcting it.

Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your personal data, but only if:

they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected; or
You have withdrawn your consent (if the data processing is based on consent); or
you exercise a legitimate right to object; or
they have been unlawfully processed; or
there is a legal obligation in this regard.

We are not obliged to comply with your request to delete your personal data if the processing is required:

to comply with a legal obligation; or
to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim;

There are certain other circumstances in which we are not required to comply with your request to delete data, although these are also the most likely circumstances in which we may deny your request.

Please note that before exercising this right, you must download from your CAMCO.BG account and save all documents related to orders placed by CAMCO.BG, regardless of whether the billing was made to you or to another natural or legal person (such as invoices, warranty certificates). If you do not do this before exercising your right to deletion, you will lose all these documents and CAMCO.BG will not be able to provide them to you, as the case may be, since the process of deleting data and deleting the CAMCO.BG account with all data and documents related to it is an irreversible process.

Restriction of data processing

You can ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data, but only if:

their accuracy is disputed (see the data correction section) so that we can verify their accuracy; or
the processing is unlawful but you do not want the data to be erased; or
they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, but we still need them to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim; or
You have already exercised your right to object and are checking whether the dominance of our rights still exists.

We may continue to use your personal data as a result of a restriction request:

if we have your consent; or
to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim; or
to protect the rights of CAMCO.BG or another natural or legal person.

Data portability

You can ask us to provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or you can request that it be directly “ported” to another data controller, but only if:

the processing is based on your consent or on the conclusion of a contract with you; and
the processing is carried out by automatic means.

Right to object

You may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interests if you consider that your fundamental rights and freedoms override these interests.

Furthermore, you may object at any time to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes (including profiling) without giving any reason, in which case the processing will be terminated at the earliest opportunity.

Making automatic decisions
